ABSTRACT
During the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuity of remote classes in public universities, it is considered that the active and efficient participation of students in academic activities is of considerable importance for their normal comprehensive development. In this context, the research seeks to analyze the factors that anticipate the active participation of students in the National University of Education (UNE). To do this, data is collected from one of our 104 students from the Academic Department of Electronics and Telematics, who had no or little active participation in classes in times of pandemic;students who had a fair or good division are excluded. The results show that the main factors are access to the use of information technologies, time availability, attitudes and work skills in the virtual modality.
